The Child Advocacy Network consists of a group of independent professionals dedicated to providing Special Needs Children and Adults with comprehensive guidance through the maze of educational, legal and financial procedures and protections awarded to individuals with disabilities by both the IDEA (Individual with Disabilites Education Act) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitations Act of 1973.
The Child Advocacy Network prides themselves by empowering parents with the guidance and support that will enable their children the thorough and efficient education to which they are entitled. When possible, the consultant’s approach is non-adversarial, hoping for a mutually successful outcome. Often a display of knowledge and assertiveness can convey our abilities and avoid the need to be adversarial. When all else fails, our litigation team has been successful in providing children with remarkable success.
